- Get to know everyone (which can be a challenge too!)
- Less busy
- Offensive graffiti (example of graffiti on livestock bridge over Warburton Highway that reads "scum lives here")
- Limited public transport - hourly services: if you miss a bus you have to wait for 1 hour
- Cost of public transport - paying the extra country fare
- Lack of jobs (having to travel to Chirnside for work isn't great - especially if you miss the bus!)
- Lack of entertainment. There is little to do, so young people turn to drugs. The local cinemas aren't great, and the movies are shown at least one month after their main release
- No clothing shops
- No local petrol stations

Hold on - what do you mean no petrol stations? There's two of them...
Agree with most of what you like and perceive as challenges, though the cost of transport from here is relatively cheap - with the one $10.60 fare ($5.60 concession) you can get bus to Lilydale, link up with a train to the city and offload an hour later after NOT having to drive, roam around via bus &/or trams and later get all the way back to Healesville. Included in that one 2-zone fare you COULD add a journey out to Ballarat (as friend of mine did recently)or lob out to the Sanctuary. That's a lot of travel for $5-$10.
